Infineon's new free-wheeling diodes in the FF600R12ME4C(_B11) modules improve reverse recovery performance. They also reduce IGBT turn-on losses by 50%, enhance soft recovery performance and reduce EMI effort for customers.
The new modules are available with PressFIT and solder pin connections.
