Sirenza Microdevices Announces Addition to the SUF Family of E-Mode pHEMT Wideband Amplifiers for Microwave Applications

Sirenza Microdevices SUF-6000

Sirenza Microdevices announced the production release of the company’s SUF-6000, 2 Stage MMIC Amplifier utilizing an advanced E-Mode pHEMT semiconductor technology. The SUF-6000 uses Sirenza’s self-biasing network and broadband 50 ohm matching for ease of use; the SUF-6000 operates directly off of a single +5.0 V supply.

The SUF-6000 microwave MMIC amplifier provides an excellent alternative to distributed amplifiers for applications requiring frequencies extending through X and Ku bands. It is ideally suited for applications in the test equipment, point-to-point radio, aerospace, defense and homeland security end markets.

Product Performance Summary: 2-16 GHz, 18 dB of gain (@10 GHz), 13.4 dBm P1dB, at 5 V, 100 mA.
