    36-Pin SSOP Package The LTC®1604 is a 333ksps, 16-bit sampling A/D converter that draws only 220mW from ±5V supplies. This
    high performance device includes a high dynamic range
    sample-and-hold, a precision reference and a high speed
    parallel output. Two digitally selectable power shutdown
    modes provide power savings for low power systems.
    The LTC1604’s full-scale input range is ±2.5V. Outstanding AC performance includes 90dB S/(N+D) and –100dB
    THD at a sample rate of 333ksps.

    Fastest 16-Bit Sampling ADC
    Linear Technology’s recently introduced LTC®1604 is
    the fastest, highest performance 16-bit sampling ADC
    on the market. This device samples at 333ksps and
    delivers excellent DC and AC performance. The LTC1604
    operates on ± 5V supplies and typically dissipates just
    220mW. It has a fully differential input sample-andhold and an onboard reference. Two power shutdown
    modes, NAP and SLEEP, reduce power consumption to
    7mW and 10μW, respectively. At 333ksps, this 16-bit
    device not only offers performance superior to that
    of the best hybrids, but does so with low power, the
    smallest size, an easy-to-use parallel interface and the
    lower cost of a monolithic part. It is available in a tiny
    36-pin SSOP package. Some of the key features of this
    new device include: 333ksps throughput 16 bits with no missing codes and ± 2LSB INL Low power dissipation and power shutdown (10μW

    Introduction
    The LT1469 is a dual operational
    amplifier that has been optimized for
    accuracy and speed in 16-bit systems. The amplifier settles in just
    900ns to 150µV for a 10V step. The
    LT1469 also features the excellent
    DC specifications required for 16-bit
    designs. Input offset voltage is 125µV
    maximum, input bias current is 10nA
    maximum for the inverting input and
    minimum DC gain is 300V/mV. The
    LT1469 specifications are summarized in Table 1.
    This article presents two applications of the LT1469 in 16-bit
    data-conversion systems. The first
    application is with a fast currentoutput digital-to-analog converter
    (DAC), such as the LTC1597. The
    dual LT1469 amplifier allows this

    Introduction
    The LT1468 is a single operational
    amplifier that has been optimized for
    accuracy and speed in 16-bit systems. Operating from ±15V supplies,
    the LT1468 in a gain of –1 configuration will settle in 900ns to 150µ V for
    a 10V step. The LT1468 also features
    the excellent DC specifications
    required for 16-bit designs. Input offset voltage is 75µ V max, input bias
    current is 10nA maximum for the
    inverting input and 40nA maximum
    for the noninverting input and DC
    gain is 1V/µV minimum. The LT1468
    specifications are summarized in
    Table 1. Two key applications that
    illustrate its use are current-to-voltage (I/V) conversion following a fast,
    16-bit current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC), such as LTC1597
    (Figure 1), and buffering the input of
