Detailed Description
The TP4056 is a complete constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single-cell lithium-ion batteries.
Its ESOP8 package and minimal external component requirements make it ideal for portable devices. It is designed to comply with USB power specifications and does not need an external sense resistor or blocking diode due to its internal MOSFET architecture. Thermal feedback regulates current to manage die temperature. The charger terminates automatically when current falls to 1/10 of the programmed value. Features include auto-recharge, charge status indication, and under-voltage lockout.
