LF21173TMR is a digital omnipolar magnetic switch that integrates TMR and CMOS technology in order to provide high precision, low current consumption at 160nA and 10 Gauss typical operational sensitivity.

It contains a voltage generator, a comparator, a digital logic control module, a threshold trimming module and a CMOS output circuit which operates within a supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in an LGA4 package.
