The CXT-741Gxx are 4 high temperature • Operating junction temperature: from configurable devices enabling 13 different -55°C to +175°C (Tj) logic functions: INV, BUFFER, AND, AND • Supply voltage: 1.65V to 5.5V w/ inverted input, NAND, NAND w/ inverted • Inputs can be driven by 3.3V or 5V input, OR, NOR, NOR w/ inverted input, signals, even for lower supply voltage XOR, NXOR, MUX and D Flip-Flop. • Schmitt trigger inputs for high immunity to slow changing signals These devices are optimized for automotive • 16 mA output drive current applications and specified for operating • CMOS low power consumption junction temperature from -55°C up to • ESD: 2000V HBM or 200V MM +175°C (Tj), in excess of AEC-Q100 • Lead Free Finish & RoHS compliant (Grade 0) qualification standard. • Tiny package: SOT-23 6 leads • AEC-Q100 Grade 0 & PPAP capable2 A/3 A/3 B/1 Y/4 B/1 Y/4 C/6 C/6
