• DC/DC buck with hysteretic current regulation • Output current up to 1.5 A DC • Integrated 80 V high-side MOSFET switch with low RON • Hybrid dimming to 0.5% of the target current • Wide operating voltage range 8 V to 80 V • Cycle-by-cycle current limitation • Under-voltage lockout • Thermal protection • Flicker free operation • Digital soft-start • Pull-down transistor to avoid LED glowing
