The VSC7438YIH-02, VSC7464YIH-02, and VSC7468YIH-02 packages are lead-free (Pb-free), 672-pin, flip chip ball grid array (FCBGA) with a 27 mm × 27 mm body size, 1 mm pin pitch, and 2.71 mm maximum height. Lead-free products from Microsemi comply with the temperatures and profiles defined in the joint IPC and JEDEC standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020. For more information, see the IPC and JEDEC standard.
