Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic This pad is AC coupled 1 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. This pad is AC coupled 2 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. 3 Power Supply Voltage for the amplifi er. See assem- 6, 8 Vdd1, Vdd2 bly for required external components. IP H Power Supply Voltage for the amplifi er. See assem- 3, 4 Vdd3 bly for required external components. S - C R Gate control for amplifi er. Please follow “MMIC IE 5, 7, 9 Vgg1, Vgg2, Vgg3 Amplifi er Biasing Procedure” application note. See assembly for required external components.
