Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic This pad is AC coupled and matched to 1 RFIN 50 Ohms. This pad is AC coupled and matched to 3 2 RFOUT 50 Ohms. IP Power Supply Voltage for the amplifi er. See assembly for 3 Vdd1 H required external components. S - C R Power Supply Voltage for the amplifi er. See assembly for 5 Vdd2 required external components. IE IF L Gate control for amplifi er. Please follow “MMIC Amplifi er Bias- P 4, 6 Vgg1, Vgg2 ing Procedure” application note.
