Default Brymen BM869s noise on readings

I just got my new Brymen BM869 and was surprised that something was wrong with it.
He has quite a noise on the readings in all modes and ranges.
This is especially annoying when I try to use min / max. When set to mVolts, there may be a MAX of 200 mV, simply by moving the probes / pins. I use the ones with which he came.

Any ideas or comments on this. Thanks, support is appreciated!
