Default Sine adjustable low power

I need an adjustable 265V circuit for testing. It should be between 263V and 267V, and about 10 watts. How can I get 265V 10W regulated sine wave? I know it's to do with the method of PWM. Is there an alternative method, or which method is better suited for this project?
