TLE8108EM is Infineon's new cost-effective eight-channel switch for driving relays and/or LEDs. It is optimized for limited space applications and comes in a small 150mil PG-SSOP-24 exposed pad package. TLE8108EM is ideal for powertrain applications thanks to full two-bit diagnosis.
