Mospec Semiconductor Corp. is a subsidiary of the President Enterprises Corp. Since 1987, Mospec has been a joint venture company between President Enterprises Corp. and Mospower Technology, Inc.(MTI), a U.S. company specialized in power semiconductors. Bipolar Power Transistors, Schottky Barrier Rectifiers, Ultra-fast Rectifiers, Fast Recovery Rectifiers, Epitaxial Silicon Wafers, Polished Prime Silicon Wafers and Reclaimed Test Wafers.
