voltage references, featuring a maximum temperature coeffi- ADR3525W 2.500 2.7 to 5.5 cient (TC) of 5 ppm/°C (B grade), 8 ppm/°C (A grade), low ADR3530W 3.000 3.2 to 5.5 operating current, and low output noise in an 8-lead MSOP ADR3533W 3.300 3.5 to 5.5 package. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature ADR3540W 4.096 4.3 to 5.5 coefficient are trimmed digitally during final assembly using the ADR3550W 5.000 5.2 to 5.5 Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary DigiTrim® technology. The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift improve lifetime system accuracy. These CMOS references are available in five output voltages, all of which are specified over the automotive temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
