The RH1021-7 is a precision 7V reference with ultralow Input Voltage ...40V drift and noise, extremely good long-term stability and Input/Output Voltage Differential ..35V almost total immunity to input voltage variations. The Output to Ground Voltage reference output will source and sink up to 10mA. This (Shunt Mode Current Limit) ..10V reference can also be used as a shunt regulator (2-termi- Output Short-Circuit Duration nal Zener). Unique circuit design makes the RH1021-7 the VIN = 35V ..10 sec first IC reference to offer ultralow drift without the use of VIN ≤ 20V ... Indefinite high power on-chip heaters.
