Control Input Protection circuit state RESET SET RESET UVCCR 1 Control supply voltage V UV 5 CCT CC 3 2 4 6 Low side output

(1) Control supply voltage VCC exceeds under-voltage reset level (UVCCR), but MOSFETs turn on by next ON signal (L→H). (2) Normal operation: MOSFETs turn-on and output current. (3) VCC level drops to under-voltage trip level (UVCCT). (4) All low-side MOSFETs turn off regardless of control input condition. (5) VCC level reaches UVCCR. (6) Normal operation: MOSFETs turn on and output current.

Control Input Protection circuit state RESET SET RESET UVBSR 1 5 UVBST Control supply voltage VBS 3 2 4 6 High side output

(1) Control supply voltage VBS rises. After the voltage reaches under-voltage reset level (UVBSR), MOSFETs turn on by next ON signal (L→H). (2) Normal operation: MOSFETs turn on and output current. (3) VBS level drops to under-voltage trip level (UVBST). (4) All high-side MOSFETs turn off regardless of control input condition. (5) VBS level reaches UVBSR. (6) Normal operation: MOSFETs turn on and output current.
