A n Programmable Frequency to 5MHz 500mV reference allows for low voltage outputs. 100% n Shutdown Current: 1µA duty cycle operation delivers low drop out. n Precision 400mV Enable Threshold n Output Soft-Start with Voltage Tracking Other features include a power good signal when the out- n Power Good Output put is in regulation, precision enable threshold, output n Die Temperature Monitor overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, a temperature n Configurable for Paralleling Power Stages monitor, clock synchronization, mode selection and out- n Thermally-Enhanced 3mm × 3mm LQFN Package put short circuit protection.
