Michael Potash was born in Brooklyn New York where he developed an interest in electronics at an early age. His talents in music and technology found synergistic expression when he was hired as a recording engineer and electronics technician at a New York recording studio. Michael taught technical electronics in both the New York and Florida public schools before accepting a position as an electronics technician at Embry-Riddle University. Today he spends his time designing flight-related instrumentation systems and teaching the occasional class for the university.
Michael holds a BSEd from City College of New York and will shortly receive a BSEE from Embry-Riddle. He lives in Ormond Beach with his wife Melody and their two children, Noah and Eliana. Noah is in the process of earning his Master’s degree in software engineering at Embry-Riddle.
