The Infineon's ICE3RBRxx65JZ series comprises off-line SMPS current mode controller ICs with an integrated 650 V CoolMOS device and a start-up cell. All devices come in a DIP-7 package. The series is designed with robustness in mind and works in temperatures as low as -40 °C.
The devices deliver outstanding performance and a range of features including BiCMOS technology, active burst mode, built-in frequency jitter, soft gate driving, propagation delay compensation, built-in soft-start time, built-in blanking time and extendable blanking time for overload protection, plus an external auto-restart enable feature.
