The device includes high performance RF and MODEM functions which with their fully integrated DC/DC converter and linear voltage regulator can provide a stable and wide voltage range single power supply. The device includes both a low power transmitter and receiver, with the receiver having a programmable gain of up to 75 dB and a sensitivity of up to –90 dBm. A range of low power operating modes is provided including both Sleep and Power-down modes. The device contains an ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, 64K bytes of Flash Program Memory and 8K bytes of SRAM Data Memory. In addition to supporting various power saving management modes, basic I/Os and SPI, I2C, UART, USART interfaces, the device also includes a 12-bit A/D Converter. This high degree of functional integration makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications as well as reducing overall system costs.

The BC32F7611 is supplied in a 46-pin QFN (6.5 mm × 4.5 mm) package type, which is well suited for miniaturised BLE single chip applications and offers an excellent choice for low energy Bluetooth transparent transmission controllers.
