Mini-Circuits released ultra-low noise, high IP3 tiny monolithic amplifier

The new Mini-Circuits PMA2-33LN+ amplifier utilizes E-PHEMT technology to achieve a unique combination of ultra-low noise, high gain, high IP₃, and tiny size. It features:

• Wide frequency range, 0.4 – 3.0 GHz
• Ultra-low noise figure, 0.38 dB
• High gain, 16 dB typ.
• High IP3, 35 dBm typ.
• P1dB, 17 dB typ.
• Very small size, 2 × 2 × 1mm
• High reliability, Class 1A HBM ESD rating (250 V)

This design operates on a single 3 V supply. Its ultra-low noise figure and high IP₃ make it ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic range receiver applications, base station infrastructure, portable wireless, LTE, GPS, GSM, airborne radar, and more.
