Torex Semiconductor has launched the XBP06V0U25R-G as a new series of transient voltage suppressors (TVS).
The XBP06V0U25R-G series of products are mounted in close proximity to an external interface to protect downstream ICs from electrostatic discharge.

Supporting high-speed signal lines with a low pin capacitance of 0.35 pF, they are ideal for protection of USB3.0, HDMI1.4, and other lines. Furthermore, they use the compact FBP1006-2A package (1.0 × 0.6 × h0.55 mm), effectively contributing to smaller device sizes.
These environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
