The CMPDM302PH 30-V, 2.4-A p-channel MOSFET has a continuous drain-current rating of 2.4 A. The combination of an 61-mΩ on-resistance and a gate charge of 2.8 nC makes this device suitable for higher current, space-constrained power-management applications.
